What does natural fibers first mean?

It means every Vaate piece is made from natural materials, primarily organic cotton. We avoid synthetic fabrics like polyester, nylon, and acrylic wherever possible. Where a small percentage of elastane is needed for fit and function, we use it and we tell you. Natural is always our default.

What is GOTS certification?

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the gold standard for organic textiles. It certifies the entire supply chain from raw fiber to finished product, ensuring organic farming practices, responsible manufacturing, and safe working conditions. Products in our Clean line carry this certification.

What is OEKO-TEX certification?

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 tests for over 100 harmful substances including pesticides, heavy metals, and formaldehyde. When a fabric carries this certification, every component has been independently tested and confirmed safe for human health.

Which products are GOTS certified?

Products with The Clean prefix in their name such as The Clean Tee, The Clean Hoodie, and The Clean Sweatpant are made from GOTS certified organic cotton. Products without The Clean prefix are made from natural fibers but are not certified organic.

How long does shipping take?

Each Vaate piece is made to order. Orders typically take 5 to 10 business days to produce and ship. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please email hello@wearvaate.com with your order number to start a return.

How do I care for my Vaate pieces?

Wash cold, tumble dry low or hang to dry. The less heat, the longer your natural fiber pieces will last.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because each piece is made to order, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please email hello@wearvaate.com as soon as possible if you have an issue and we will do our best to help.
